By downloading or using SpaceBack ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What the app does

SpaceBack helps you review, remove and compress files stored on your Android device: photos, videos, screenshots, downloads, APK/XAPK installers, junk files and unused apps. All analysis happens on your device.

You are the cleaner — we're the broom. The app never removes anything you didn't explicitly select, and cleaning is trash-first: photos and videos go to Android's own system trash (restorable for approximately 30 days, managed by Android), and other files go to SpaceBack's built-in trash bin with a configurable restore window. The one exception is APK/XAPK installer files, which are deleted permanently — the button says so before you tap it. Still, you are responsible for what you choose to remove. Please review before you confirm — especially before emptying trash, deleting installers, or deleting originals after compression.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Android devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where law permits.

3. Free version and ads

The free version is supported by ads served by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that unlock temporary perks. Ad behavior is governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

Premium and Supporter are one-time, non-consumable purchases processed by Google Play — no subscription, no recurring charges.
Purchases are tied to your Google account and restorable on new devices via Settings → Restore purchases.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

5. Honest-claims policy

The app intentionally makes no "RAM boosting", "speed up" or battery-miracle claims. Reported reclaimable space is an estimate computed from real files on your device; actual freed space is reported after cleaning completes.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app is error-free or that every device configuration behaves identically.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceBack's developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for data loss resulting from files you selected for removal and confirmed through the system dialog. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

8. Changes to the app and terms

Features may evolve. Material changes to these terms will be published at this address with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where consumer law requires, otherwise by the laws of Romania.
